Today the scale has given me a pleasant surprise: 86.7 Kg. It’s been a long time since I don’t weight under 87 Kg. This is a great step forward to reach my Do Not Eat That! target, and my personal weight goal of 82 to 84 Kg.
Those days have been particularly difficult, because we’ve enjoyed a long weekend due to San Valentine’s day. Besides, San Valentine has come along with a celebration lunch accompanied with its sweet dessert: a tiramisu cake. This was one of the unique exceptions I’ve made within my Do Not Eat That! routines.
Nevertheless I’ve managed to keep the total number of not eaten calories quite close to the predefined target for every day, avoiding some cravings as my wife’s sponge cake and the salty almonds I like so much. The app helps me to remind my challenge and to keep on trying to reach it. The opportunity of skip eating something grants me with another step towards the target.
I’m at 90% of achieving my weight loss target. I have only 6 days left (the initial time frame was three weeks). I’m feeling very optimistic, I think I can achieve it.
